These terms govern access to and use of Rokotyansky.com, including Rokotyansky accounts, software, browser tools, educational resources, newsletters, and future product-support features. By visiting the site, creating an account, or using a feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the site.

1. Site purpose

Rokotyansky.com is the official website of the independent Rokotyansky brand and presents software, browser-based tools, educational resources, future product information, and projects developed by or through Edward Rokotyansky. It also presents Edward’s professional background, licensed real-estate information, experience, and contact information. Content is general information only and is not legal, tax, financial, lending, insurance, inspection, appraisal, engineering, architectural, construction, or investment advice.

Content concerning tax liens, tax-defaulted property, auctions, foreclosure, distressed property, or potential investment returns is educational only. Rokotyansky.com does not conduct government auctions, sell tax-lien certificates, guarantee title or property condition, promise investment results, or represent that any property can be acquired at a particular discount. Auction laws, terms, title consequences, redemption rights, surviving interests, and property conditions vary. Users must verify current information with the responsible government agency and appropriately qualified legal, title, tax, land-use, environmental, and financial professionals before acting.

Displayed mortgage rates are national survey averages from third-party public sources, may be delayed or revised, and are provided only for general market context. They are not an advertisement, commitment to lend, annual percentage rate, personalized quote, or representation that any loan or rate is available. Actual pricing and eligibility depend on the lender, borrower, property, loan terms, fees, points, credit profile, and market conditions. Confirm current terms directly with a qualified lender.

Mortgage-calculator results, including conventional, FHA, and VA scenarios, are illustrative planning estimates only. Program selections use editable assumptions for upfront fees, mortgage insurance, debt ratios, and other costs; they do not test program eligibility, entitlement, occupancy, property standards, credit, residual income, loan limits, lender overlays, or exemption status. FHA and VA rules and premiums can change, and a VA funding fee may differ or be waived for an eligible exempt borrower. Only an authorized lender or relevant government agency can determine actual eligibility, approval, costs, and terms.

2. Real-estate disclosures

Edward Rokotyansky is a California REALTOR®, DRE #02199079, with Wiest Realty Inc. Viewing the site, downloading material, or contacting Edward does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, contractual, or client relationship. Representation requires appropriate written agreements and disclosures and remains subject to brokerage policies and applicable law.

Property details, estimates, market observations, availability, and potential uses must be independently verified. Nothing on this site is an offer, guarantee, or promise concerning a property, transaction, financing, value, return, permit, zoning status, or future result.

3. Construction background

Descriptions of hands-on renovation, owner-builder, or construction experience do not state or imply that Edward holds a California contractor license or offers licensed contracting services. Users should independently verify licenses and retain qualified professionals for work requiring licensure.

4. Permitted use

You may view and print reasonable portions of the site for personal, noncommercial use. You may not misuse the site; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest contact information at scale; impersonate another person; use content unlawfully or misleadingly; or reproduce, sell, republish, or exploit original site content without written permission.

5. Member accounts and eligibility

Registration requires accurate information, a valid email address, acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, email verification, and discretionary approval. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. An account is personal to the approved user and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or used by another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, protecting devices on which you remain signed in, and for activity occurring through your account. The site may use a persistent login for up to 30 days after a successful sign-in. Select Sign Out when using a shared or public device, and promptly notify edward@rokotyansky.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Use of browser privacy modes, clearing cookies, account suspension, or security actions may end a saved login. Rokotyansky.com may reject an application or suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, the site, or legal rights; investigate misuse; enforce these Terms; comply with law; or discontinue a service. Account approval does not guarantee permanent access to any feature.

6. Member tools and preview services

Member software, calculators, dashboards, templates, automation, artificial-intelligence features, and other tools may be introduced, changed, tested, or removed over time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such tools are informational and may be experimental, incomplete, or unavailable. Outputs may contain errors and must be independently reviewed before being used for real-estate, financial, legal, construction, business, or other consequential decisions.

RokoPlan is currently offered as beta member software. Launching it authorizes Rokotyansky.com to send RokoPlan a short-lived signed authentication token containing the account identifier, email address, and display name needed to establish the member workspace. Projects and project data created or imported in RokoPlan may be stored through its application hosting and database services and associated with that account.

Do not use member tools to store or process highly sensitive information unless a feature expressly states that it is designed and authorized for that purpose. You are responsible for data you submit, the legality of your use, and maintaining your own copies of important information. No tool is promised to meet a particular retention, backup, availability, compliance, or professional standard unless a separate written agreement says so.

7. Electronic communications

By requesting an account, you consent to receive electronic communications necessary to administer it, including verification, approval, security, password-reset, policy-change, and service notices. These operational messages are not marketing subscriptions. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for reviewing communications sent to it.

If you separately request the newsletter, marketing messages may include software updates, new tools, educational articles, project notes, product news, real-estate information, and Rokotyansky.com news. Subscription requires email confirmation. You may unsubscribe through the link included in each marketing message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary account, security, transactional, or service communications.

8. Acceptable use

You may not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization; bypass access controls; access another user’s account; upload malicious code; overload or disrupt the service; automate account creation; scrape or harvest data at scale; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; use the site to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; reverse engineer protected portions of member software except where law expressly permits; or use outputs as a substitute for required professional judgment.

9. Information and feedback you submit

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Rokotyansky.com a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback, they may be used without restriction or compensation, provided that doing so does not publicly identify you without permission.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, original text, design, branding, graphics, and photographs on the site belong to Edward Rokotyansky and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited permission to use the site described above.

11. Résumé and downloads

Downloadable materials are provided for informational review. They may be updated without notice and may not reflect every current role, qualification, or project. You are responsible for using appropriate security precautions when downloading Internet files.

12. Third-party links and services

Links to brokerage information, LinkedIn, maps, email, telephone, or other services are offered for convenience. Rokotyansky.com does not control or endorse all third-party content and is not responsible for external availability, accuracy, terms, privacy, or security.

The optional language selector uses Google Translate. Automated translations can contain errors, omit context, or alter the apparent meaning of legal, financial, lending, and real-estate terminology. The English version is the controlling site content; important information should be confirmed with an appropriate professional.

CAPTCHA and related anti-abuse checks may be required before public account or newsletter forms are submitted. Attempts to bypass, automate, overload, or manipulate these protections are prohibited.

13. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from harmful components. Some jurisdictions may not permit certain exclusions.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rokotyansky.com, Edward Rokotyansky, and their service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or losses arising from reliance on content, inability to use the site, downloads, communications, or third-party links. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Rokotyansky.com and Edward Rokotyansky from third-party claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

16. Changes, interruption, and termination

Content, accounts, member features, and services may be corrected, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Maintenance, security events, hosting failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt access. Rokotyansky.com does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of submitted data. Updated Terms apply prospectively after posting; material changes may also be communicated through the site, account interface, or account email.

17. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any applicable mandatory law, disputes concerning the site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Bernardino County, California. Nothing here prevents informal resolution by contacting Edward first.

18. Severability, waiver, and assignment

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement concerning use of this website.

You may not assign or transfer your account or rights under these Terms without written permission. Rokotyansky.com may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, transfer, or successor operation of the site.
